The breakfast spread was amazing, with a daily local dish that kept things interesting. The location is perfect for exploring, and the rooms aresuper clean and cozy. The front desk super nice team in arranging tours for our group.

The location was stunning superior to most others in the area and the staff here was really kind. I ate in the authentic restaurant nearby.

I didn't want to say goodbye and would use them next time. It was truly a wonderful stay for a wonderful service, the hotel met expectation. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and the facilities provided were great. The breakfast was perfect and marvellous, the check in was early;)))

During my stay, I appreciated how close the hotel was to the vibrant night market and Hoan Kiem Lake. The breakfast buffet was a good surprise with plenty of delicious options, and the stunning views from my Junior Suite added a special touch to my trip. Plus, the assistance from the staff in arranging local transport made sightseeing a breeze.

The staff were warm and accommodating. When my partner and I arrived, they surprised us with drinks and sweets, a simple touch, but it seemed like we were welcomed. The breakfast was a feast with plenty of options. The Vietnamese dishes were a sweet surprise. The room was clean, equipped with slippers, and the bed was just perfect for a restful night. Even arranged our airport transfers without a hitch.

It might cost a bit more than usual but honestly, it was worth it.

It was just a great fit for a city escape in Hanoi with extraordinarily good value for money. The laundry service was super convenient and came back within the day. Make sure to ask the staff for local dining recommendations.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Superior Twin Room. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The staff were great. They helped arrange a tour to Sapa and a timely transfer to the airport. Breakfast was included and had a great variety, including delicious eggs!

The room felt a bit cramped for our luggage, made moving around challenging.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring key attractions, just minutes from Beer Street. The decor in our room was superb and the bathroom facilities were well-maintained, with luxurious granite. Breakfast was excellent, offering not only good French pastries but also a rotating selection of local dishes to savor. A minor inconvenience occurred when the toilet clogged due to a misunderstanding with toilet paper disposal, though the staff promptly resolved the issue.
